Broker's Comments

it is almost unbelievable to think that for a boat of just over 8 metres you get so much. There are two standard double berths but an additional double can be made in the cockpit.

This particular model appears to have been well maintained and cared for by her current owner, regularly serviced and antifouled.
Another great design features are the two sliding skylights in the cockpit bringing the fresh air in. There is also a galley located in the cockpit too which in my view leaves the cooking smells outside.
This boat is fitted with a bow thruster making her easy for berthing/manoeuvre. Talking about ease there is also step access through the forward cabin hatch to the foredeck check out the photos.

The boat was out of the water during winter 2023-24 and stored in a warehouse and then launched in June 2024. Since then she has barely been used.
Full service on the engine & out drive in July 2023.
Hull & out drive antifouled and all anodes replaced
New stereo radio.
New switches at the helm controls
New VHF antenna.
New water pressure pump.
New bilge pump.
