Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are delighted to feature this unfinished project, with great potential for bluewater cruising, liveaboard opportunities and possibly even commercial opportunities once completed. Bruce Roberts' designs are synonymous with solidity, space and performance. This version is an unfinished project. The current owner purchased the hull, deck and engine and during their ownership, has installed the engine, epoxied the exterior and interior above and below the waterline. The project is now ready to move to the next phase of completion and offers an attractive opportunity to acquire a sizeable, sailing and or liveaboard vessel. This project already has an estimated £120,000 invested in it.
