The rockwool you can see in the bilge is only laid on top of the piping.

Broker's Comments

Residential barge for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this 13 meter dutch Tjalk for sale in North of Burgundy, almost in the Paris area. The current owners bought her in Holland in 2003, and brought her up to today’s standard. Due to the size of the boat it can navigate all the canals of France. The hull is partially doubled by a Professional shipyard in Holland in 2000, and cabin structure is reconditioned by a Professional shipyard in France. The hull was repainted in 2013 by a professional yard. This comfortable boat has been converted by the current owner into a very practical live aboard barge. Every inch of space is used in a very practical way and includes two pull out office desks sliding under the deck.
Due to family circumstances, our vendor is open to all offers on his TJALK, please do not hesitate to contact me.
