Broker's Comments

This is a beautiful example of a November 2018 Burscough 60 x 12, built and fitted out by Burscough Boats in a Dutch Barge Style. The boat had 8 coats of paint from new and the hull was epoxy blacked before she went into the water. The boat has just had her first BSC which runs until Nov 26' and has full documentation.

As you enter the cockpit which has a quick release quality pram hood adding another room to the boat so you have plenty of entertainment space with ample seating and under seat storage. The gas bottles are stored on the port side and there is external power sockets also. The helm controls are a good layout with the throttle mounted on top rather than the more usual side and there is an extra long tiller arm which also has an extension. The original tiller is also with the boat.

As you step down the companionway, on the right there is an electrical cupboard with inverter and various electrics and good storage. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of storage cupboards, quartz worktops and breakfast bar with two stools, Belling fan assisted double oven and grill, Integrated Combi-oven and microwave, 5 burner hob, separate under counter fitted 12v fridge and freezer, dishwasher and stainless steel Sink with 3 in 1 filtered drinking water and mixer tap.

Next is the large saloon area with a double sofa bed with matching chair and foot stool, a Squirrel Multi Fuel Stove with stove fan which is surrounded buy plenty of storage and shelving. There is also a wall mounted Sony Bravia 48in 4K Smart TV.

As you move down the corridor you come to the large shower room with full size shower, designer heated towel rail, porcelain wash basin set on a granite worktop with built in vanity units, illuminated heated mirror with shaver socket and a new composting toilet. The boat is plumbed and still has the electrics for the original Vetus porcelain electric pump out toilet and the original toilet is in storage and will go with the boat so you have the choice of which you prefer to use.

Just outside the shower room is a storage wardrobe with a washing machine, hanging rail, shelves and courtesy lighting.

Finally, you arrive in the large master suite with a Euro King Bed (5’4” Wide) with the 900l water tank underneath and also some under bed storage. Two double and 2 single wardrobes with oak doors, integrated bedside tables, a six drawer side unit, 32in Samsung wall mounted Smart TV. There is also a large oak trimmed utility cupboard with a full sized mirror, tumble dryer, TV aerial amplifier and WiFi unit. There are double doors leading out onto the foredeck area. The boat has plenty of electrical sockets, some with USB.

The mooring could be available with the boat but is by separate negotiation with the marina owner.
