You board this Dutch motor yacht from the stern. Two ramps provide safe access. This leads to the outside cockpit, very convenient for navigating. The cockpit allows you to pilot in the open air or to be protected from the wind and sun thanks to its removable integrated Bimini top (new in 2018). The headroom is 1.95 meters under this Bimini. The wooden deck and railings were renovated in 2019.

You can access the inside salon of the boat from the cockpit terrace through a companionway or through the two sliding side doors. This area offers a spacious and adaptable living space, connected to the kitchen and dinette by two steps, creating a typical sense of space found in Dutch motor cruisers. In 2017, our owner installed marine-insulated wall coverings. The boat is heated by an Eberspacher Diesel. In the salon/cockpit, the headroom is 1.90 meters.

Two steps lead us to the open kitchen/dinette area. Here, you will find 4 gas burners, a microwave, a double sink, and a refrigerator (powered by gas, 220V, or battery), as well as ample storage. It's easy to dine with four people in this dinette, which can also convert into a double bed measuring 1.85 meters by 1.25 meters. In this dinette/kitchen, the headroom is 1.92 meters.

Beyond this dinette, as you continue towards the bow, you access the forward cabin. This is where you find the 24V bow thruster. Each single bed is approximately 80 cm wide and 1.85 meters long. If you extend the removable part of the bed, you achieve a maximum bed width of 2.40 meters and a length of 1.95 meters. The headroom in the forward cabin is 1.92 meters.

Finally, as you head towards the stern, passing through the salon again, you reach the electric Jabasco toilets to starboard and the aft cabin. The headroom in these toilets is 1.82 meters. The headroom in the aft cabin is 1.75 meters. The bed in this aft cabin measures 1.90 meters by 1.30 meters.

Any negotiation on price? I live close by to the Garonne in the SW, so would like to take a closer look if at all possible?
