Broker's Comments

This cosy John White 57ft widebeam was commissioned by the present owners and they lived on her for 12 years and now just use her at weekends etc. She is very low engine hours and is blacked every 2 years, the last time being May 2018. Engine was serviced in July 2018 and she has a BSC until July 2022.

As you go down through the stern companionway you come into a storage/utility room with a washer and dryer, small desk area and general storage along with the boats electronics.

You then come into the main double bedroom with large wardrobe and privacy doors which then lead into the bathroom with bath and overhead shower, pump out electric toilet, built in vanity unit with basin and small radiator.

Then you come into the galley with breakfast bar connected to the saloon area. A double gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink drainer and plenty of storage space.

The comfortable saloon has 2 x radiators, woodburning stove, television, stereo system, double bed settee and two chairs, carpets and this leads out into the bow area with storage in side lockers and also in the forward bow locker.

The are 5 radiators spread throughout the boat powered by an eberspacher diesel heater.

Please note that the mooring cost is around £800 a year to CRT and around £800 a year to the caravan site for access across their land. There is a £2000 transfer fee for the mooring payable to the caravan site.
