Broker's Comments

Boatshed Dartmouth and Brixham are delighted to offer for sale Dehler 41DS. Built by Dehler in Germany in 1998 under the supervision of Germanischer Lloyd over 120 41 DS's were built (until January 2005). In 1998, the boat came top of Cruising World's 'Cruising Boat of the Year and top of their 'full size' category. As with all Dehlers of that vintage, they are known to be strongly constructed and built to a high standard. Without doubt the Dehler 41DS makes a very good liveaboard sailing boat or blue water cruiser. The 41DS is rated for its performance yet very easy handling and down below the deck saloon layout provides plenty of room, air and light. Stowage is extensive, both above and below decks. This example has been recently extensively and professionally upgraded and refitted to a high standard including installation of a new engine and new standing rigging. The executors of the previous owner are offering her for sale and as much detail and information on the yacht has been obtained, especially refit work. However due to the circumstances it has not been possible to verify all the information. Viewings are strictly by appointment and they can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Dartmouth and Brixham broker.
