Broker's Comments

When you step aboard the Hunter Legend 38 she gives the impression of a much larger boat. This is the bilge keel version which enables you to explore those creeks and shallows, dry her out on sandy beaches and harbours and also benefit from using drying moorings.
The accommodation is impressive, the large aft cabin has access to the ensuite and shower and the forward cabin has another double berth.
The galley, which is to port is big and well equipped enough to satisfy a cordon bleu chef. There is ample seating at the saloon table which converts to another double berth and the settee opposite provides a single berth.
She has been well cared for and maintained and the woodwork is in tip top condition.
Sailing wise it could not be any easier. She has a furling main and foresail and when motoring her 40hp engine will cruise happily at 6.5 knots.
This would make a good family boat or for the more adventurous a long range cruiser. She could also be considered for a live aboard.
