Broker's Comments

This Jeanneau Sun Rise has provided the owners with plenty of adventures around Cornwall and the Scillies, France and Ireland. The layout which is the "Owner" version comprises of one private fore cabin, one large aft cabin with sink and a spacious heads and shower.

She makes a great live-aboard. She has a swing keel which allows to reach shallower creeks, and some beaching legs so that she can be grounded if needed.

She has been upgraded with several features including a made-to-measure Bimini (2 positions), a boom strut, a new chart plotter, a Class B AIS, and a small swim platform. The Yanmar 3GM30 engine has been
serviced annually and the 2 leisure batteries have been replaced recently. All the taps have been connected to either foot or hand pump but could be connected back to the electric pump if needed.

This Jeanneau Sun Rise has been well looked after.
So if you are looking for a good all round, versatile spacious yacht, then this one is worth a viewing.
