Broker's Comments

The Sigma 33 prototype showed its offshore capabilities in the tragic 1979 Fastnet race when both entries returned to Newlyn. The 33 Offshore One Design (OOD) is now a very popular racer/cruiser designed by David Thomas built by Marine Projects, who were also building Moodys in Plymouth, and provides good accommodation and spacious cockpit area which have been enhanced by the repositioning of the back stays giving easier access from and to the addition of the swim platform and ladder. The yacht is offered with many new additions and alterations made in the last 6 months notably, new upholstery, saloon and quarter berth linings, new curtains and rails, Air blown diesel generator heating. The spray hood, frame, stack pack and UV strip on the gib have been replaced. A spare Volvo 2002 engine 1986 with new head seals, injectors, alternator and water pump plus a spare head and water pump are also included. Other additions are included in the details of the yacht. Dinghy and Outboard negotiable
