Broker's Comments

This Lagoon 440 owner's version (3 cabins) comes to the market in great condition and very well cared for by her current owners. Sailed mainly throughout the south coast and channel she is really spacious to walk around both deck and interior at the same time as feeling safe. The flybridge offers perfect 360 visibility and all the control lines are within easy reach. The design and layout of both deck and cabins is volumous comparable to 30% longer than that of a monohull. She will make a great distance cruiser or live aboard.
