Broker's Comments

Originally believed to be built as an open fishing boat in 1910 from Pitch Pine on Oak with a Dipping Lug Rig, this boat has had been re-modelled as a Gaff Cutter and now includes a reasonably sized cabin with an enclosed cockpit and can now be used as coastal cruiser.

What makes this boat standout is the quality of both workmanship and materials used throughout. The topsides are predominately teak finished in many places with high gloss varnish.

Another interesting feature of the boat is a part of the keel is designed as a drop-keel to enhance he boats upwind performance.

If you are looking for a character boat with history and with all the refurbishment work carried out for you, then look no further.
