Broker's Comments

This Maurice Griffiths 30 is a well maintained example of these traditionally designed and built boats. The construction is solid and the internal and external finish tidy. The hull and decks are constructed from marine ply that has been professionally sheathed with GRP. The hull and decks have also been regularly maintained and re-painted by the current owner.

The accommodation is open and spacious, with five berths and a good sized galley. The interior is roomy and comfortable, including a solid fuel burner, which altogether makes the boat an ideal liveaboard option. On the water, this boat would make a competent and comfortable cruising and blue water option.

The owner has owned this boat for over 17 years and is reluctantly selling due to ill health.
