Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union is pleased to offer this stunning new 60ft narrowboat. Seen at the Crick Boatshow in 2018 she is yours to buy.

The accommodation is light and stylish, finished in modern colours and many attactive features. The reverse layout provides a galley with curved Mirostone worktops, fridge, gas oven and hob and loads of strorage.

The open saloon comes with a 28" TV, removable table around the L shaped seating that can be turned into a small double berth. The light atmosphere is achieved through large double-glazed windows, side hatch and ash headlining. Lighting is through highly efficient conspicuous and concealed LED lights.

The master cabin is set in the bow with the privacy that comes from not being used as a thoroughfare. This allows an air of permanence with a king sized Ottoman style bed that can be raised with hydraulic supports to access the large storage beneath.

A second cabin is fitted with bunk beds each having a personal storage cubby hole at their head. These both have light and, the now obligatory, USB socket to charge their mobile phones.

A walk-through shower room seperates the two cabins and is fitted with a 800x800 quadrant shower, designer basin and cassette toilet.

Powering the narrowboat is a highly regarded Vetus M4.45 diesel engine and super smooth PRM hydraluic gearbox. The cruiser stern provides plenty of space to share the world outside with family and friends. Also fitted is a pram cover for the inclement British summer days and to extend the cruising season throughout the year. While inside is snug and warm with the easy to use and efficient Webasto diesel heater.

The price of £128,000 is inclusive of VAT.
