Broker's Comments

Her hull and topsides look good, the sails and rigging appear to be in great condition and her interior looks very tidy.

Extras include a solar panel and electric windlass and her 20hp Bukh engine started immediately from cold.

One can think of a couple of improvements, maybe a folding sink in the heads and early treatment of some slightly sagging headlining in the fore cabin, but that's about all.
