Broker's Comments

Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to offer this piece of maritime history, built in 1948 1 of 16 by WJ Yarwoods. She worked for the Bridgewater Department of the Manchester Ship Canal carrying grain to the Kelloggs factory at Trafford Park. There is so much information about this vessel on the internet as the original restoration was the subject of a waterways trust. The current owner has completely relined the boat adding the wheelhouse. Wiring and plumbing are on-going with completion due very soon. This is an opportunity to create a very individual living space as the basics have been completed. The current owner has offered assistance is completing.
