Broker's Comments

This is a nice example of a Bill Teasdale fit out on a 42ft Cruiser Stern that had a good survey 3 years ago when the existing owner bought her and she was blacked at the same time.

As you come down through the rear companionway you come down into the main cabin which has a pull out double bed with storage underneath. Then you move down to the bathroom which looks like it has been enlarged from the original build. With a large shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin a new Thetford cassette toilet and a white heated towel rail.

Next comes the galley which is fitted out with various units and cupboard space, full size gas cooker, fridge with small freezer, stainless steel sink with drainer and tiled splash back. The saloon has fitted units, double bed settee, pull out saloon table, solid fuel stove, stereo and the boat is wired for TV and Satelite.

The saloon then leads out into the cratch with storage and catch cover. The gas locker is in the bow locker.

The boat will come with a new BSC until 2024. The marina is available subject to meeting the marina owners. The boat had a full survey in May 2017 when the present owner purchased the boat.

These boat details are subject to contract.
