Broker's Comments

A great little live aboard, this boat has been well maintained and modernised over recent years and has plenty of storage. She has 3 radiators which are run from the Mikuni diesel heater or the back boiler run from the Morso burner. Water heating is also through the calorifier or through the gas boiler in the galley. The marina mooring is available with the boat if required and can be residential or leisure. She has a good April 2019 full survey available.

As you come in through the stern you come into the double bedroom with plenty of storage space under the bed and above plus the wardrobe.
Then you come to the bathroom with electric toilet, built in wash basin and good size shower with folding shower door.
Further down the corridor is the well appointed galley with built in oven and grill, separate Thetford 4 burner gas hob, modern fridge and morco water heater. There is plenty of storage in the galley.
Moving on into the saloon, you have a good seating arrangement which provides as a single berth also. Again well designed storage and the solid fuel stove which looks almost unused. Finally you step out through the doors into the cratch area with storage and the water tank under the bow.
