Broker's Comments
This is a nice Pinder & Sons 47ft Cruiser Stern that has had 3 owners from new and the existing owners have lived on her for 6 years but are now moving back on land. She is moored on the Leeds Liverpool near Chorley and the mooring is available with the boat subject to approval by the marina. Full residential is £360 a month and non residential is around £220 a month. She has a BSC until Sep 23' and had a new replacement Webasto wet heater fitted in 2021 which runs 2 radiators. The inverter has been faulty since they bought the boat but they have never needed it so it has never been repaired.
