Broker's Comments
This is a delightful, well finished, very well maintained traditional style Narrowboat with a Boatman's Cabin, Mid-Engined and with traditional Spin Wheel Steering and Controls. It was blacked and surveyed in June 2015 and has just been re-painted.
The boat is very well fitted out and has a stove in the boatman's cabin as well as the saloon area, she has a diesel heating system running three radiators, a Dickinson Diesel Cooker, Thetford cassette toilet, a powerful bow thruster, sprayfoam insulation, the floors and kitchen is made of oak and the whole boat is lined with American Red Cherry.
The mooring on the Lancaster canal could be available subject to separate negotiation with the marina. The boat is now back on its mooring.
These boat details are subject to contract.
